St Saviour’s Church is a friendly, welcoming community, encompassing the complete cross-section of ages from toddlers to almost 100 years of age.
On Sunday’s, the main service – a Sung Eucharist at 10 am is led by a good choir and an organist, using mainly traditional hymns and a liturgy from the Prayer Book of Australia. Children’s activities are offered every Sunday at 10 am.
The service of Holy Communion at 8 am on Sundays is largely from the Book of Common Prayer and with traditional and reflective music. Each of the services go for about an hour to an hour and a quarter.
The services on Easter Day and Christmas Day are at 9 am. Mid-week services are also offered at 10 am on Wednesdays and 7.30 am on Thursdays. Each go for half an hour.
St Saviour’s provides a safe place for people of all ages to find friendship and explore faith through our services, hospitality over morning tea, our monthly friendship lunches, bible studies and Christian introduction courses.
We are also disability friendly, providing easy access into and out of church and the associated facilities.
