The Parish Portal is the new go-to site for clergy and parish office holders. It’s designed to

make parish work easier by creating a one-stop information hub, bringing together:

  • Ordinances
  • Policies
  • Support articles
  • News posts
  • Recent documents
  • Online forms

All in one secure location.

How to access the portal

To access the Parish Portal, you will need to log in with your email address and a one-time access code.

  • Check your email: If you’re a parish officer or clergy member, you’ll receive an

email invitation from Microsoft with a special invitation link.

  • Click the link: The link will open the Parish Portal sign-in page in your
  • Click “Send Code,”: a one-time access code will be sent to your Please allow a few minutes for it to arrive.
